Below are general questions for visitors to Swuite properties during June, July and August.

What time is check in?

You can check in from 4pm. Early check-in may be possible but you’ll need to contact Reception on (091) 753 781.

 

 

What time is check out?

We ask you to check out by 10am unless you’ve arranged a later time. However, it’s worth noting that it may not always be possible to check out later and you will have to pay a supplementary if you do leave later. Please contact Reception to see if late check-out is possible. Our number is (091) 753 781

 

Do I need a credit card to make a booking?

Yes – to make a booking, we need a valid credit or debit card to guarantee your reservation.

 

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking up to 12pm the day before you are due to arrive.

 

How late can I check in?

You can check in at any time, there will always be a member of Swuite staff on reception, however, if you need to check in after 10pm please leave a note when booking.

 

Does Swuite have Wi-Fi?

Of course, we do! We have high speed Wi-Fi all over our building.

 

Does Swuite offer an airport transfer?

No, however there are lots of options to get to us.

 

Does Swuite offer family facilities?

Of course, we do, we have a games area, a cinema room and courtyard.

 

Is there car parking at Swuite?

We have an underground carpark at our Galway facility.

 

Does Swuite offer evening entertainment?

Depending on occupancy and interest Swuite will have movies playing in the cinema room.

 

How can I travel into the city centre?

We are within walking distance of the city centre, alternatively there are transport routes outside our door and we can also organise a taxi to pick you up from the door.
