The security / booking deposit for students is fully refundable on departure from Swuite, following final room inspection and as per terms and conditions of your licence to reside.

Submission of a booking application does not guarantee residency at Swuite.

Confirmed bookings only occur on signing of ‘Licence to Reside’ and deposit payment for accommodation.

First payment instalment and a returned Licence to Reside are required before check in.

You will be required to complete an induction on check-in with a member of Swuite management, this will be scheduled on your arrival.

Upon booking a room with Swuite you are agreeing to abide by conditions as laid out in Licence to Reside as well as Swuite House Rules explained in Welcome Induction
