From Dublin Airport

Follow the Exit signs to leave the airport. Head South on the Swords Road / R132 towards the City Centre for 9km. Continue onto the N1. After 3km, turn right onto the North Circular Road. Keep left on the North Circular Road. After 1.5km, take a left onto Rathdown Road. Swuite Dublin will be on your left after 850m.

From the North

Follow the M1 to Dublin. Continue on the M1 until it becomes the N1 towards the City Center. After 3km, turn right onto the North Circular Road. Keep left on the North Circular Road. After 1.5km, take a left onto Rathdown Road. Swuite Dublin will be on your left after 850m.

From the West

Follow the M6 for Dublin, merging onto the M4 at Kinnegad. Continue onto the N4 towards Dublin. At the roundabout go straight through onto the R148. Keep right to stay on the R148. At the T junction, turn right to stay on the R148. After 550m, turn left onto Blackhall Place. After 400m turn right onto Brunswick St North. Take the first left onto Grangegorman Lower. Swuite Dublin will be on your right after 150m.

From the South

Follow the M7 / M9 for Dublin. Merge onto the M50 northbound. Exit at Junction 7, N4 City Center / Palmerstown. Continue onto the N4 towards Dublin. At the roundabout go straight through onto the R148. Keep right to stay on the R148. At the T junction, turn right to stay on the R148. After 550m, turn left onto Blackhall Place. After 400m turn right onto Brunswick St North. Take the first left onto Grangegorman Lower. Swuite Dublin will be on your right after 150m.

Public Transport

From Dublin Airport take the No:747 bus, getting off at stop 7453, Arran Quay. Walk West beside the river on the R148 for 300m and turn right onto Queen Street. Continue straight through two crossroads, onto George’s Lane and then Grangegorman Lower. Swuite Dublin will be at the top of this road on the right hand side.

We are a 9 minute walk from the Smithfield Luas stop. Take the Red Luas line to the Smithfield stop. Head West towards Smithfield. Turn right onto Smithfield Square. Go straight through the square and left onto King St North. Take the first right turn onto George’s Lane and then Grangegorman Lower. Swuite Dublin will be at the top of this road on the right hand side.

We are an 11 minute walk from the Broadstone – DIT Luas Stop. Take the green line to the Broadstone – DIT stop. Walk South on on R108 towards the city center. After 400m turn right onto Brunswick St. Follow this for 300m, past the Lidl, then take a right onto Grangegorman Lower. Swuite Dublin will be at the top of this road on the right hand side.
