They’re hosting 3 nights off fun kicking it off on Thursday with a Valentine’s Day party for all you couples who aren’t ready to pack it in after dinner. And of course, for those in the city looking for love (or those of you who’s dinner didn’t go well the night before) they have a single’s party on Friday 15thand a traffic light ball on Saturday 16th. This Dublin hotspot is not one to be missed out on this weekend, so students, slap on some fake tan and hang the football boots up at home! Dine with Wine

Why not sit in this Valentine’s Day and enjoy a romantic meal from Lidl while you indulge in every cheesy Rom-Com ever made. Netflix have compiled a list. All is great going out for dinner and paying out your month’s spending on one dinner, but there is definitely something to be said for a more student friendly option and can you really go wrong with a 3-course meal (4 if you include the chocolates) and a bottle of prosecco? I couldn’t think of a better way to spend it! You can pick up one of these deals in any Lidl in Dublin but when there’s one just beside your accommodation you don’t even have to spend a penny getting there!

Beshoff Bros Howth

Enjoy a Long Walk on the Beach… Literally!

Its not as cheesy as it sounds, we swear, but is the perfect setting for a Valentine’s date. Catch the dart out to Howth and walk along the pier. It’s a great way to clear your head before the weekend Valentine’s parties. The best part about this is once you’re finished walking around and breathing in the fresh air you can grab a bench and enjoy the best fish and chips in the whole of Dublin at Beshoff’s Bros. before heading back to your student accommodation. If this doesn’t make your Valentine’s Day, I don’t know what will!

10 Things I hate about you
